Civil Engineering With Grade 8.

The eighth grade class has been learning about Civil Engineering in science and is testing their knowledge by building popsicle stick bridges. Recently we had the opportunity to hear from 2006 Holy Rosary alum Kyle Johnson who is working with Coffman Engineering as a structural engineer.

It *is* rocket science!

The 7th grade learned about aeronautical engineering as they designed two liter rockets, tested them and then improved their designs. They then had the opportunity to hear from Adam Rising, a 2008 graduate of Holy Rosary, who is currently working with NASA designing rockets of his own.

HRS wins WOW! factor at Robotics Extravaganza

Holy Rosary Robotics elective attends the Archdiocese Robotics Extravaganza at Seattle Prep. Chromebook Assembly Presentation

The Chromebooks were distributed to our 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students on Tuesday morning. It was an exciting event! Each student was presented with an 11″ Chromebook for their use while at school.
