WestFest is Fun, Community, and Tradition!
WestFest celebrates the culmination of a summer well spent, as well as the beginning of an exciting new school year! You’ll find rides, kids games, an entertainment stage, specialty food booths, BINGO, a raffle, and much more right here in the Holy Rosary School grounds.
Best of all, WestFest is about community. It is an event run purely by parish and school volunteers. It embodies everything that our community is all about. We show our children what can be accomplished by working together. Without the sheer dedication and hard work of parishioners, parents, children, friends and family, there can be no WestFest!

TICKET PUNCH CARDS
Punch cards will be available in $20 increments. No cash will be accepted at game or food booths this year. Everyone must either purchase a ticket punch card early or onsite before proceeding to play games and eat.
VOLUNTEERS
Adult volunteers must be Safe Environment/Virtus cleared. Click here to complete the online training.

CAKE WALK
Donate desserts for hours (up to 4 hours max, 1 dessert = 1 hour)!
You can bring up to 4 (3 store bought & 1 homemade). Please label your treats if they are allergy friendly (Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, etc..)
-Smaller portioned desserts/more shareable (donuts, cupcakes, cookies)
-Cakes are fine too, but it makes it fun for the kids to be able to share with their friends.
Important Details:
We do not have the ability to refrigerate the items so they should be room temp stable. In addition, we are asking that you label items that are Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free or Sugar-Free to make it easy for our volunteers to sort and separate. Bring to the gym after school on WestFest Friday.
