Supplies for 2019/20 School Year

School Supply Fee – Charged via FACTS

• Preschool 2’s, 3’s & PreK – TBD per student
• Kindergarten – 8th grade – $50 per student

 

REQUIRED Items for Students – Purchase by Families

• Comfort Kit #1 and #2 (bring to school) – due the first day of school
• Non-marking PE shoes
• Wire Headphones (no earbuds for younger grades)
• 5th – 8th Grade Only – Athletic dress for gym
• 5th – 8th Grade Only – Scientific calculators (TI-30x lls is best, but any TI-30x is fine)
• 6th – 8th Grade Only – Filer folder

 

OPTIONAL Items:

• Authorization of Oral Medication – complete and turn into the front office if your child requires medication during the school day
• Completed Photo/Sound/Video Media Release – drop off to the main office by the first day of school
• Field trip driver form (If you think there is any chance that you might be a field trip driver, please complete this form.  A new form is required every year.)
• Milk order form
• Hot Lunch link  School code is: HR4

Any completed forms can be turned into the Main Office inbox.  The Main Office will re-open August 19th from 8am-3pm.
