Bringing Christmas cheer to homes for 40 years! Right off California Avenue at Dakota and 41st Avenue SW, we transform the Holy Rosary School playground into a festival of lights, fresh-cut Christmas trees, garlands and wreaths.
The lot will offer trees ranging in height from 2-10′ as well as wreaths and garland.
We will also be partnering with Hope Lutheran School to sell their beautiful poinsettias.

The Tree Lot Elves
We are the Tree Lot Elves, a band of dedicated volunteers. We are parents, grandparents, students, friends, and neighbors of the Holy Rosary School community. A few weeks in every year, we don our parkas, brave the elements as we become Santa’s Christmas tree helpers! We are fun-loving creatures who strive to bring you the best trees to make your holidays ever so special!
Bringing a Little Christmas Cheer to Everyone
Santa has given us the chance of bringing cheer throughout our West Seattle neighborhood. So in that spirit, we share a portion of the proceeds with these local area charities:
It’s just a little way for us to help out those who are less fortunate. As the Head Elf himself told us, “Everyone deserves a good cheer!”
