Volunteer now and help welcome new incoming families for the 2017/18 school year!

Ambassador Family

Thank you for volunteering to be an Ambassador Family! Each year, volunteers act as ambassadors to our new families joining Holy Rosary School. This role counts towards non-fundraising volunteer hours.

Ambassador Family Requirements:

1) Make contact with your family before June 15th to introduce yourself.

2) Set up a meet-up or playdate (either parents only or parents and kids) in July or early August. Suggestions are a meet up for coffee, ice cream, or playground playdate.

3) Contact family in mid-August prior to school starting to see if there are any questions (uniforms, ways to get hours, school supplies, CYO sports, extracurricular activities, etc.)

4) Contact family in January to check in about volunteer hours, how their school year is progressing.
