Holy Rosary’s Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) Program provides a safe and nurturing environment to students prior to and after regular school hours.
BASE offers many structured and unstructured activities, such as:
– Nature Club
– Sewing Circle
– Baking projects
– Homework help
– Board games, creation station, art projects, student – led activities, toys and manipulates, too!

Hours of operation:
(AM) Mornings: 7:00-8:15 in School Hall
(PM) Afternoons: 3:00-6:00 M-T-Th-F and 2:15-6:00 Wednesdays in the School Hall
Ten-Month School Year Contracts: September-June
BASE Calendar 2023-24
Only 5 Day Contracts include regular school days, early dismissals, in-service days and Thanksgiving week. Contracts do not include BASE Camps during Christmas Break, Spring/Easter Break or Summer Vacation. If BASE Camp is offered it will be for an additional charge. BASE is not offered on federal holidays.
BASE Application:
The BASE application is online. There is a $55 per family registration fee for BASE, whether a family is selecting a contract or non-contract (drop-in) option.
Families are strongly encouraged to enroll in one of the 10-month contracts listed below, as space in the program for families that are not on a contract cannot be guaranteed. All parents must consent to BASE payments coming from their School Admin account. Our BASE bookkeeper, Kristin Bentler (kbentler@holyrosaryws.org), will set up contract amounts to automatically deduct on the date of your tuition contract each month.

Drop-In Requests must be sent to Rachel Hagenson by no later than 1pm on the day in question. Availability is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from Rachel. Space is extremely limited.

BASE may offer full-day care during the Christmas Holidays, Spring Break and June depending on interest. Parents must enroll separately for BASE during these time periods and the cost thereof is not covered by any of the annual contracts. None of the rates include any field trip fees.
